Actually I missed the drone stuff. I was working a lot.
That.doesnt work out historically for them.
It absolutely will be. No citizen wants to work on a farm and do hard labor for minimum wage.

That sounds like magic to me. To get anything involved with the government not throwing a temper tantrum and make it about themselves.
They used to be terrified a lot more often when history was closer to JFK, Mussolini, Lincoln, and the French Revolution. When the leaders really thought the punishment for bad leadership was their ass, they gave a shit more.
I beg to argue they organize the middle managers. Everyone answers to someone.
I wouldn't say that they do nothing of value. Organizing companies has to happen. Is it worth their price? Not even fucking close. But crews cannot run themselves with efficiency. There has to be someone running the ship. But they do not deserve that much more. They get that by being corrupt and appeasing the investors MORE than making a company run correctly.
It's the only thing that the department has done vigorously in two decades.
