You can finish the forest, there's another major boss there. You can calso take the key from the Capra demon and head down to the depths and Blighttown.

I agree that it's interesting that you had that choice. My run through that mission got hot. The NPC made a comment about it when I got back, but that was it. No consequences other than a line of dialogue. I don't know what I wanted to happen but I guess I wish it was more impactful.

Kind of had to figure this would happen. With Bieber, Sticks and Quantril out this feels like the white flag for 2023. Let the kids play and get ready for next year.
I have a lot of thoughts about Arkham LCG. Playing it solo is doable but tricky if you want to play it "one handed". If you're able to play it two handed (one person controlling two characters) that will greatly increase the number of play styles/investigators that are feasible. When you play as a single investigator you have to be able to fight and investigate running as sort of a Jack of All Trades and that can make deck building a little more difficult.
Really feels like the right move is to eliminate the pairs and just take the top 4 from the first round.
