And who is working to build that automation, who is working to integrate that automation? Who is building the mechanic stuff, the electric stuff the robots and linear tranfer axes, the PlCs and the sensors?
Each system is custom built. There isn't a way of transferring code due to different used architectures! 😁

Even for a firmware update somebody has to code and work in the background, only the update process itself it's simpler (if you don't consider the work involved in creating the update mechanism and infrastructure itself).
