If you felt it was decent, that’s a good start. Maybe do a test with double the coffee? Are you using a plunger to make your coffee?
Floofah
I guess the decaffing removes the flavours as well. I monitor my blood pressure with a wrist strap that optically measures it 20+ times a day. I can easily see my BP rises coinciding with whenever I have a coffee. Luckily it doesn’t make me jittery though.
Can’t tell you about their decaf, but we find the Hummingbird coffees very nice. It’s tough suggesting food and drinks as everyone will have their own taste preferences, but for us the Hummingbird coffees are not bitter and burnt like some, just smooth and delicious, but that’s just us!!
No, ours is a "normal" Warehouse. We’re fairly remote, so a long way from the big stores.
Intend to do a real check next week, especially the fresh stuff.
Later start today, hope everyone is OK.
Got a surprise yesterday, went to the local Warehouse only to find it is now selling fresh veges, fruit, and kitchen pantry items.
Quite a big saving over supermarket prices, and the fresh stuff looks high quality. Looked up on how they were operating this and learned they are concentrating on local suppliers. I’d say their typical prices are 25-30% lower than the supermarkets. Bought 3L of olive oil for $30, in the supermarket that’d be $45.
Got ours done, not too wet, and actually not too long either. Got to tidy up the edges though.
It’s the same with other tools, drills, sanders, saws etc. The downside is keeping the batteries charged. Most serious users need multiple batteries, and to keep the spares on charge while working. The cost of the batteries is quite high, but then again, our electric, although it’s a high price, is nearly all hydro, so a lot of environmental impact saving in going all electric.
We have quite a large area, so petrol with a blade, which is what I had before, will be what I get. The electric one’s do seem useful, especially not needing ear plugs when in use, however our place is too much imo.
It’s a finish off the mowing day for me. Did 75% yesterday, so a short burst’’ll get it done today. It’s sunny today, so in an hour it’ll be dry enough to start.
Need to buy a replacement brush cutter, the old one has expired and the grass edges need a serious trim. Will take a look at Mitre-10 to see what they have.
It’s the Final Countdown
I guessed saying twice the amount, mainly as an experiment. Make one once using twice the coffee, just to see what it tastes like. Take it from there, maybe less next time if it’s too strong.
