I'm not sure, I mainly use it for strategy games that are hard to play with a controller (although you can get Crusader Kings on XBOX apparently..) but even on stuff like Age of Empires 4 it struggles.
I also didn't have a console before, so that didn't affect my choice. I think if you had an Xbox One or a PS4 it was a lot easier to stay in the respective ecosystem due to digital copies of games etc.
Yeah, I have a Switch, an XSX and a gaming PC (from 2015..) so I basically just play on the Xbox and occasionally the Switch. The only game I really feel like I would really have wanted to play on PS was TLOU and maybe Spiderman but I'm not sure as I've never played them.
That said, the Bethesda acquisition was basically the only reason I got the XSX over the PS5, as Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim are my favourite games ever.
I find I prefer consoles too now, sitting at the computer after a long day at work sitting at the computer is the last thing I want to do.
At least Microsoft will always release them on PC as well and PlayStation is still way ahead in like 3rd person cinematic style games like Spiderman, TLOU, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima etc.

At the moment you can still trust stuff like Reddit and Lemmy, but in the future I imagine these will also be plagued with bots - it already began a few months ago with some subreddits being hit with Chat-GPT bots. I remember someone responded to one and it replied: "Sorry, I am not permitted to generate offensive material" or something like this, it was pretty funny.
I immediately thought of this. I feel old now.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance, I started playing AC:Syndicate too. I just want to try to play the games I've been meaning to get to before Starfield and CP2077:Phantom Liberty release because then I will have no time at all for any other games.
It seems crazy, like Insomniac Games cost Sony $229M, so MSFT could have bought or built like 300 AAA studios for the price of ATVI.
I just really don't see how it is worth it.

Yeah, hopefully there are more varied ways to play.
It's going to be on Game Pass day one anyways so I'll definitely check it out.
