What is the context behind this? Did I miss something bad that happened to this asshole?

Things have been running well for me. Only weird bug is that my contacts that do not have iPhones receive my text messages but my phone says they were not delivered.
I usually play on Hunter and have been using Arc a lot this season. Here is the dim link to what I used last night to Solo the first section of Ghost of the Deep on master. I changed the Kinetic weapon to Quicksilver, the Energy weapon to a hand cannon for the unstoppables, and use the Swarm machine guns in the power weapon slot. All armor mods are correct.
