  • I read the Danish website feltet.dk
  • I watch almost everything on discovery+
  • I listen to a number of interesting Danish cycling podcasts - Veloropa, Forhjulslir, and occasionally some put out by Danish riders like Mads Würtz

I used to have IP-tv so I could also watch Coupe de France races and smaller Italian races on RAI, but not this year.

Things have been super smooth lately, thanks for all the work!

I genuinely think Vingegaard can drop Pog here, I think the fact that Lafay could follow him on stage 2 says more about Pog than it says about Lafay.

I mean, logically this is a stage Pog should win, but.. let's see...

Edit: Called it!

I love this update. Thank you for the effort!

Thank you :) Yes, the scale of things when you collect ancient coins is sometimes staggering. Like, this coin is 500 years removed from the 1st Punic war, Philip I was as close to Scipio Africanus as we are to Elizabeth I or Christian IV of Denmark.

Artillery and special equipment, solid work on the attrition front!

People expect a lucky breakthrough like the Kharkiv offensive, but war at this scale is largely maths and to me it also looks like Ukraine are following their strategy. Many people are so accustomed to conflicts where one power has air superiority that they can't parse what happens when this is not the case.

Absolutely, ignoring this!

Portraits from Antioch are always interesting, they definitely use a different style than their Roman counterparts. This particular portrait is not so elegant, I think, but the reverse is clean enough to make up for it imho.

Still lots of artillery being hit, seems they're still clearing the way for the main phase of the counteroffensive. I wonder if we'll see a breakthrough at any point, like in Kharkiv, or if that was a lucky punch.
