Honest question, I don't go over to the .ml side of lemmy and I'm confused by what they represent. I see people talking about how they're left but also this was they like trump? Do I have this wrong or are they just very confused?
I think it's the same one, but hard to tell given the bright light shining on the little fella in the night time pic. Did not know they were unlikely to share the same space though, so that does help my hypothesis. Thanks for your info!
Here's a picture of a Barred Owl I found actively hunting from the same branch, back in October.
My apartment is not in the ground floor, so I occasionally get to see different creatures hanging out in the tree just outside my window. I get to see a lot of birds, but was not expecting to see this cute little owl trying to sleep during the day.
Not the only time I've seen an owl hang out on that branch, but the only time I've seen one hang out for hours.
This could be more empirical evidence of "muscle memory", which is really interesting

Have you never donated to a "charitable" cause before? You can usually talk to them and ask to not have your name released. There's no legal requirement for name disclosure so it's up to the institution's policy.
It's only anonymous to the public. I imagine the donor and the university are in frequent direct contact.

I have been running through the Simulacrum as engineer and finally beat my wave record. Unfortunately, the game was not prepared for my success and crashed.
I haven't found anyone else that made it further than this, but couldn't find an official record either. Maybe I am close?
