I finished the main story of Tears of the Kingdom and switched to Ocarina of Time in NSO. I am also playing a bit of Slay the Spire.
New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe is really fun and I always get back to it here and there.

This weekend I'll play the new splatfest in splatoon 3. I made a mistake last week and thought the splatfest was then, and I spent about 5 minutes in the game wondering where the splatfest was. Felt so dumb.
Congrats on finishing the story of Zelda. I finished the last temple yesterday and I will finish the story next week.
I was the same about splatoon initially. I rarely play any multiplayer games so I was a bit sceptical at first. But gameplay looked fun so I decided to give it a try and it was a blast. I have so much fun playing it even though I am relatively bad at it. I play with randos because I don't know a single person irl who has a switch besides a coworker of mine. He doesn't play splatoon btw.
As for Zelda, I am going in waves. Did the first sky island and then a bunch of exploration, then decided to dive into the story and collected all the memories and did 2 temples, I then returned to random exploration until I tried to do both last temples but I gave up midway as I got sidetracked by other stuff.
I don't know if they refer to technical issues or bugs. Have not encountered any yet, or at least anything memorable. But the controls are rough for someone used to modern control schemes like BotW for example. Also the screen looks too small in handheld. Unfortunately I cannot play it docked currently. The game is fun though so far and it seems to go even deeper story wise down the road. I'll update when I have played more the coming weeks.
