This suggestion seems to be what I would prefer. It will make it easier to ignore for people who don't want to engage with that kind of content.

Game Pass has also made playing games with my partner easier and cheaper. Now the cost of a game isn't factored in as much if we want to try out a multilayer game.
I feel Sony's take on Game Pass is similar to how Blockbuster saw Netflix in the early days.
That's not true, they explicitly stated they were referring to Playstation as a whole and not specifically the PS5. You can look up the source.
The FTC and the judge aren't going to be "gotcha ya" by word games. This was a trail under oath not some nebulous PR statement.
