Yeah I feel like the Lemmy to Mastodon experience is significantly better than the Mastodon to Lemmy experience. I hope Mastodon is able to implement a new feature to make that less awful for Mastodon users.
Honestly all the beehaw communities are quite nice, so it depends on your interests but you can't go wrong with any of them imo.
Yeah, it looks like a cool site and a community I would get along with buuuuut I'm not looking to trade one centralized forum platform for another haha
Which is exactly why I'm using the web interface for the time being. There's already bugs with this early build, I don't need to compound them with an additional application layer ๐

Huh, never heard of raddle. I only knew of kbin and lemmy. What's the difference with raddle, is that one also part of the fediverse?
I tried to get into neocities like six months ago but I just don't have the want to customize my own site with html from scratch anymore like when I was younger. I like that it exists still but there's something to be said of modernization when you have limited time each day with other life responsibilities. That being said I hope it takes off!
