I wonder why that is? Surely rich children have access to guns, (more than average access?) so is it the security at the school? Or is it mental health care? It is that being rich doesn't make you as miserable and desperate as a kid? Hmmm.

I assumed from the headline it would be standard "we need more cops and harsher punishment" propaganda, but this is not very subtle.
The cops didn't catch them either time nor in the time between. I wouldn't fault them for that without knowing more details, but they did not "do what they need to do." Those criminals were not thrown in jail and out the next day.
We have no idea if these people are out on bail, but they certainly weren't caught by the cops during either of these break-ins.
