Right after Biden won the election, I had some speculative money for investment and bought a bunch of ICLN. It hasn’t performed well so maybe these types of funds will eventually get a boost from this news.

I don’t think this breaking any rules but posting as this as I was certain green energy funds would have seen some uptick.

I can’t but it’s part of what enables their platform.

I was an early Ultra lifetime adopter plus many tips over time. No regrets. He was done dirty. I’m done with Reddit.

Twitter isn’t paying any bills. They have a contract with us as well and haven’t been paying anything for months.

Unpopular opinion but alcohol is basically poison. Weed still fucks you up and in no way should anyone be doing anything significant while high. It’s not the same as coffee.

It’s currently 4.8 on the App Store which I don’t think is marginally lower than before the fiasco.

I wouldn’t call the blackout milquetoast. It made the global news for days. What is needed is additional followup, which we seen such as moderators just giving up, setting the sub to NSFW, etc.

At any rate, I’m gone. Reddit management sucks. There was so many ways to allow third party apps while charging the AI models. Tiered API rates, license agreements and terms of use, mandate third party app API users allow their advertising, etc.

I was happy to pay $5/mo to keep using Apollo. Now I’m gone and wouldn’t go back after we saw Reddit’s masterclass in how not to run a business.

You are bridging two networks. One that is internet isolated to one that isn’t. The danger is that some bug, exploit or even simple firewall misconfiguration allows a bad actor to gain access, exploit and do what they want.

It’s all about the level of risk you are willing to assume.

I run a half dozen smallish VMs and some containers on a NUC using Proxmox. It’s very quiet despite having a fan. My other gear is all fanless including a 10Gbe switch and an OPNsense box.
