Original Broadway cast "Into the Woods" is just so damn fantastic. I know there's a whole generation of musical theatre kids like me who are gonna love hearing this.

"Return to Zork" was one of the very first CD-Rom games I ever played. It's not a great game exactly but it's very near and dear to my heart.
While I did use Wordpad pretty regularly as a scratch pad, I get Word access through work and mostly use Notepad at home for config stuff. I don't see this as that big of a blow.
Worst Kendall Roy vibes only
I have heard this my entire life and now that I recently have kids and a home, I find it to be an insane take. If anything, the greater my knowledge of the world becomes the MORE liberal I am. I'm significantly more aware of rigged systems and injustice as I age.
You def won't be able to play EVERYTHING. Probably most things actually. But I bet there is some song you like or your parents kinda liked (that you don't mind) that only uses A, D, C, G, Am, Em, Dm.
In addition to finding some online instruction, I highly recommend looking for a song you actually want to play instead of just folk songs and traditionals. Unless you're a die hard jazz fan, I'm certain if you made a list of 10 songs you'd be able to find a tune within reach. There are so many songs built with open chords that most beginners learn first, defiantly seek them out!

People who use exfoliating gloves and wash clothes are fine and all but it's not like the majority of the world works in high viscosity grease factories. I roll bare-handed and never stink or feel dirty during a typical day.
Who among us has never drawn a cock w/balls in the sand?
I'm a real estate office drone who loves guitar and video games. Took a programming 101 class and absolutely hated it. Fuck Spez!
I had to make a 10 min dramatic movie for my high school Spanish class and my friend and I used the Return to Zork soundtrack for it while we edited on two VHS tape players. Banger after banger!
