Apple's whole shtick is image. American express is viewed as a "premium" credit card company. So they'd rather go with a company (like Goldman Sachs) that gives off that "premium" vibe.
I've seen memes where people who own American express cards are, effectively, calling the other card brands (citi, capital one, chase) one of the poor's cards.
Simplified, Apple should just grit their teeth and go with a bank that will accept them, such as capital one or citi. However, they should do so on their terms (Apple gets whatever cash back options that they want but compromise on APR or some other variables).
Probably capital one. They have cards with khols (new, they're just moving people from khols to capital one), Walmart, bass pro/cabellas, BJs gas and the suite of Pottery Barn owners (pottery barn, Williams Sonoma, west elm, and one that is marketed as "the key rewards", which is the same as the prior 3 are also made for)
Brooo I'm jelly of the old school Toyota truck owners. From before it was called the Tacoma
This is why I loved my Nissan d21 when I had it
This is a simillar truck compared to what I had
I've had a similar issue, I found it was related to my NIC and after a few minutes of downloading anything my network (on the computer, software side) would crash
I have an old ISP provided router and my wifi card is an Intel AX210 iirc.. Disabling AX on the router side (and forcing it to AC) is what fixed it for me.
Wow I'm brain-fried. I thought the title said "How do you beat Glocks"
A rubber room with rats
I do like those unlock buttons on the door handles when your keys are nearby though... When they work anyways.
My Dad has an '08 Toyota Prius that was gifted to him recently. He loves being able to just unlock the door by grabbing the handle. I tried it out for about a week when he was still getting the tags for it and also enjoyed it.
My '10 Ford Ranger is a fleet truck, so simplified its an XL with zero options. The only "upgrade" might've been the seats, vinyl instead of cloth. No electronic locks, no alarm, no electronic windows.
We use whatsapp at work because a majority of people have iPhones, not an issue but group chats with Android users (half of the department I'm working for, myself included) cause issues with the actual texts.
From what I've looked into, simplified, Apple is at fault for not properly implementing cross-compatible version of imessage. (Iirc, it's RTC but can't quite remember all at the moment)
Same reason I'm still driving an older truck. While I've been wanting to upgrade to a new truck, I don't want to deal with the computer controlling every aspect of the vehicle (breaks, accelerator, lights, etc.) As it is now, if I want to turn my headlights on, a relay controls it. Same with the turn signal, radio, A/C, and the list goes on
I hate cities because of the amount of idiots driving there. If it were harder to get a driver's license then I wouldn't mind at all
