I think that's a reasonably take.

Alternatively, they could just be implying the joint universe without actually doing anything with the Bandai-Namco IP.

They could just avoid using Kos-mos, etc, and that would be fine enough to avoid conflicts.

Or they're only paying for it for a single game perhaps?

I think it's good for no other reasons other than to get the game into the hands of people who haven't played it.

As the years continue, games on DS and 3DS will become increasingly difficult to play due to their unique form factor, and getting ahead of it and bringing as many games over to systems with a more traditional controlayout can only be a good thing I think.

Admitadly, the footage they showed looks far smoother than the games do. It could just be then cherry picking footage, and I'm expecting nothing from GF, but we'll have to see.

Dr_Nope says yes to staying? Well if they're staying, how could I not stay?

Is it just me, or did the footage look smoother than in the fans we have?

It could be then just cherry picking footage, but it might actually be running better too. Who's to say.

Just gamefreak being their own dumb selves.

With any hope they'll adjust the event, but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

Never played Mario RPG, but I'm down to try it! Should be cool!

They announced BotW's DLC before it released, honestly I'm surprised we haven't already heard about it (unless they're planning something really special.

Sadly, I think TotK DLC is more likely. If that's the case, TP and WW will be forced to wait for a bit longer.

This is a thing with a lot of eastern video game developers, but Nintendo for their size specifically really needs to step up in this regard.

The OS level controller binding was a good first step, but until they have it at a game level, it's just not as helpful as it aught to be. Realistically, this stuff should be programmed into the game itself, but barring that, Nintendo could fix this largely with an OS update tomorrow that allowed for OS level rebinding of controls that saved per game.

As someone who's been daily driving a fold 2 for nearly 3 years at this point, I'm very excited for google to have a first party offering. If nothing else, this should help improve the base android experience with folding devices.

As to whether or not I'll upgrade to one...... ehhh I'm not so sure. My fold 2 is still going strong, and I'm probably not due for an update for another year or so. Perhaps with the pixel fold 2.

Price/ spec dependent obviously.

The PC handheld market these days is quite competitive, so they'll really need to nail the price to performance ratio if they wish to compete.

I'm not sure that the switch style sticks are the best choice for a full fat x86 device, but who knows. We'll have to see!
