yeah, technically the CGA palette is 16 colors, with only 4 being able to be used at any one time. Many systems only had 4 sets of 4 colors allowed; the white-cyan-pink-black, yellow-green-red-black, and a darker version of those 2.
CGA could have looked much better, but its the nature of all these systems that compatibility of the colorschemes was poor, so a lot of CGA just fell into the 'lowest common denominator' of the default palette, the one I used.
Decaf does actually still have caffeine, just normally like 97% less.

Hemp seeds are okay. I'm already doing exactly what you suggest, but with flax seeds (since those also have those omega oils). Not sure which is considered 'better'.
Still a problem for me. But I think cholesterol levels are like, 80% genetic. I've known people with terrible diets and excellent cholesterol.
I'm also allergic to nuts, so I might be missing some of the 'plant based diet' benefits by not getting those oils.
I think controller is only 'necessary' for souls games due to them not supporting keyboard and mouse well. I'd prefer to use keyboard for it, but all of the inputs and menu-ing is fucked up.
Tbh, its a testament to how good the games are, that they are enjoyable despite a huge lack of QoL across the board
