It might be. Possibly this kind of stuff is OK because you can argue that it's more of a concept, basically research, more than than an actual work of fiction using their likeness. That's just speculation though, I really don't know, but it will be interesting to see what laws we end up with for stuff like this.

There's just something off about watching shorts and tiktok, if I use it for too long it feels like my head is going to explode. There's some great content there for things I'm interested in, like quick tips for software that I use, but if I watch 5 of those in a row I'm not going to remember anything. All in all I think the format, and regular youtube, would work a lot better if they didn't push so hard to get me to just sit there for hours on end.
Yeah. I feel like we're kind of in a weird space right now, a short while ago basically anything you would try to create would be hilariously wrong. Now it might look a bit off, and you can't get some specific camera angles or motions. I don't even want to start on too big projects, by the time I'm done there's been some huge improvements and everything I've done feels outdated.
