Neat glitch.
Though I'd settle for a wearable version of the neon sign wings.
Probably be too easy to get more energy than you spent to cast it, so it isn't allowed.

Hotfix 33.5.4 (2023-06-28)
Fixed Kullervo’s Recompense being able to put him in bleed-out if Ability Strength is high.
Other Warframes with a Health cost mechanic, such as Garuda and Inaros, prevent their self-damage from going beyond 2 Health. Kullervo’s Recompense now also has this preventative measure.
Being able to hurt yourself badly with HP burning powers is intended, dying outright is not.
Pretty sure they hotfixed being able to kill yourself with Recompense.
Only if you're level 3 with Vox Solaris which means also being level 5 with Solaris United.
And you need 8 Gyromags to level up Vox Solaris to rank 3.
No. You need to be rank 5 with Solaris United/Fortuna.
My early solo strat was using Wisp and my Archgun. Wisp is still my goto for it, though I summon my mech to nuke the bastards down in like 3 second flat.
