Wife is getting this error when navigating to the download page from the "You are a Tester" page. It loads a Google Play page with the download button, then gives this error. Opening the Play app doesn't give her the download button. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

I have this same shot on my cellphone from my trip to the Louvre. It was such a strange experience looking up and seeing a meme on the gallery wall!
