Have you met Brittons? Especially the kind that typically go on package holidays to Spain?

... Are you lost? =)

I grew up with a number of ornamental grasses in my front yard which specifically needed to not be cut back in order to thrive. Leaving them alone produced excellent results. So all I'm saying is that it depends on the specifics of the plant. Hopefully we can both agree that if people get a new type of plant, they should look up what that exact species needs to give it the best shot?

How do you figure? If the ledger isn't readable then it wouldn't be auditable, and if it's readable then you can sell votes.

Honestly I'm not even sure what problem a blockchain would be solving here, what's the design goal?

I tried using Firefox for a mapping tool a few months ago and it cheerfully gobbled up 34GB of RAM before I killed it. Neither Chrome nor Edge suffered the same memory leak, so I think there's still some work to be done!

This is very cool! Is it completely safe to cook on and therefore consume small amounts of tin? It's not something I've heard of before, and I'm trying to reduce my non-stick usage.

I feel like that very much depends on the grass, this looks like a different type than the sort you'd make into a lawn.

Erring on the side of maintaining the privacy of strangers is always better than the alternative.

  1. Yup! A place for general conversations is good.
  2. I think this server will end up as one of the primary ones for this type of topic, so I'd expect to spend a lot of time here.
  3. Yes, or at least it will be. It's got a long development road ahead of it but the bones are there and I'm confident that it will get sorted out and start experiencing the same sort of scalloped growth as Mastodon.
  4. LFG y'all, community go brrrrrr

No problem at all, it'll take how long it takes! It's not like Reddit gave anyone advance warning that they were going to self destruct, so the evacuation is all happening in a bit of a rush. =)

This is a great idea - taking down an official report isn't something that requires a gun.
