Thank you very much for the tips and advice. I was hoping to receive some constructive criticism soon. I normally use numeric pace notes when I'm running practice stages. I think I got so excited to run the rally I didn't really prepare. Correctly. I knew I was in trouble after the first stage but figured I'd stick to it. I turned off visual pace notes after that rally to force myself to listen to Janne. What are some stages you use to practice? The new RabocsiRing RX has been my go to for training. I'm sure there is better I just love that stage.

The brand name is ReadiBoard by RL Adams Plastics. I purchased it at my local Dollar store.

Its really cool and all you need is a webcam or you can even use a old android phone as it supports DroidCam. Mine setup can be buggy but my webcam is going out and it resets on occasion. With DroidCam I dont have any issues outside of the phone getting relatively warm.
Oh man Im going to play with it more this weekend. Thats awesome ill check out proton 6.1 I wonder if rumble will ever work. I need to see what the previous versions can offer.
I got it working and was able to launch RSF with bottles but it was very inconsistent. I had taken a break from messing with it. Ill pick back up and see what I can do. It would be really cool to play it clean on linux
I just recently started using steam on Ubuntu 22.04 and I love it. I've used windows for my whole life and Linux for the last couple decades. I tried here and there to game on Linux and would occasionally have some success. I just stuck with windows when I thought about gaming. I just had my windows gaming rig and my Linux workstation. Now I'm able to meld the two. I was able to move all my games from my windows system to Linux with zero problems. I haven't had a chance to play my entire library but what I really enjoy works and works well. I really like racing sims and the Dirt franchise. I've also played most recent fighting games and all work well for me.
I was playing with the Opel last night and thought of your advice as I went into this corner. https://youtu.be/ScuyeG00PxA?si=LbmIJcQLGq94p7wY&t=834
