Their web-site's one and only policy is "fuck immigrants". Nice to know where they stand.
UK Politics
General Discussion for politics in the UK.
Please don't post to both [email protected] and [email protected] .
Pick the most appropriate, and put it there.
Posts should be related to UK-centric politics, and should be either a link to a reputable news source for news, or a text post on this community.
Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.
If you think "reputable news source" needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread. (These things should be publicly discussed)
Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.
Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.
[email protected] appears to have vanished! We can still see cached content from this link, but goodbye I guess! :'(
My question here is: is this the Conservative Party after the next election, or is this a party that splinters from the Conservative Party?
It’s really going to depend on who is left with a seat after the bloodbath that’s coming, I think.
Also, wild that they’ve apparently decided that New Labour’s branding is what they want to copy.
It's like a competition to find out who is the most terrible person in politics and they are fighting each other for the "honour".
Red Wall Conservatives? Is this a popular sentiment up North?
Miriam Cates is Yorkshire, Danny Kruger is Wiltshire- so yes and no. Danny Kruger's seat is as safe as any South England Conservative seat can be.
Who?
Is BBC doing any coverage on this? I can't see anything on their front page feed.
Me neither, I did look for a proper article rather than a liveblog update but the only other thing I saw was a video from Sky News.
