As a note for those who aren't in the know, the document is created and maintained by the New Challenger (NCH) Discord. They're a great community for learning a fighting game, and at least when I was learning SFV, they had ranks and regions you could assign yourself so you could see someone's experience level or even ping roles to find people looking for sets for practice.
