Trying to attach an image to a post gives me a SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data error. Is this a me issue, this instance issue or a global lemmy problem?

The server is getting a bit overloaded at the moment, I think that's a part of the issue at least. We are taking a look at it. Does it work eventually or just never?

I think it's an issue with pictrs image host Lemmy uses. Reducing the size of the image and/or trying a few more times are known to help.
