When I'm on the homepage and I tap the home icon I'd like it to act as the back to top button would and scroll to the top of my feed. Additionally, if I tap it again at the top of the feed, I'd like it to refresh the page similar to how pulling down from the top would.

Thank you for this app by the way, I'm loving it so far. (AMOLED is so comfy.)

As a heads up if you click the three dots in the upper right when scrolling the homepage there is both a back to top and refresh option.

Yeah, I read the post with the patch notes. I only request it out of a want for convenience (ie. not wanting to click through a menu for it.) and to have options.

I've been thinking a functional way of implementing it without overcrowding the feed UI would be to have it so that if you double tapped the home icon in the bottom left, it would scroll back up to the top

To be fair, you don't even have to go that far. Only make it functionally scroll up when on the home screen, otherwise it brings you to the home screen.

I was about to post this. On IOS, tap the notch does work which comes handy. On Android I feel like the back button or gesture can also be used for this function as the official reddit app does. I've only used liftoff for about an hour, it may not have the most polished UI or the smoothest animation, what it does have is the most powerful functionality and being the snappiest.

Agreed, and yeah I should've specified I was on Android.

Tapping the back button to do the same would be great as well. I love when I have options.
