Go him. I'd do the same and I wouldn't feel a shred of guilt over it. I'd only hope that the bullet ruptured his stomach and killed him slowly and extremely painfully. A quick death is not something I'd hope for someone like Jeff.
He shot the guy point blank in the head. He wasn't fucking around taking chances. Victim went into a coma and died a few days later, apparently. No regrets on Plauché's part, he did what many would want to do in his position, the poor man.
