I’ve been refreshing Apollo every few hours just out of habit and disbelief that it’s actually gone just hoping it will magically come back. GG. RIP Apollo.

I still have it on my home screen. I stare, longingly, at the little Apollo icon. My index finger, hovering over it, itching for one more go around on our favorite subreddits. I get lost in the memories. So many years down the drain . And I whisper to myself: …..Damn you, u/spez. Damn you.

I haven’t been going back to refresh but I did go in after the API was shut down to look one last time. I was surprised at how sad I actually felt. The app provided a lot of good times for me. It will be missed for sure.

You need to remove it from the homescreen to break the habit. I was doing the same thing.

I just replaced it with wefwef and deleted it from the home screen :’)

Wefwef is bloody amazing. I cannot believe it’s a web app.
