The 240z started in 1969. It was more an icon of the 70s than 60s and took its major inspiration from the Jaguar XKE, as so many others did.
This car looks like it's using elements from the Jag XKE but with an XK150 grille.
Pretty car.

I also thought Chrysler Crossfire when it passed me, but after looking at the picture again, the tail lights look much different.
