I quit my company and came back 3 months later for full remote and a 30% raise. My coworkers are all hybrid (except for the sales team who can miraculously live where ever they want). Guess which one of us gets more done because we're not wasting time commuting and being in person? I grew up using digital communications with MMOs, TeamSpeak, and email etc. It's not hard to properly communicate but all these people want to force their watercooler talking time back in.
