What ever happened to him suing Microsoft over using Twitter data for AI training? … and that was just in response to Microsoft announcing their ad platform wouldn’t support Twitter going forward, which was in response to Musk locking up the Twitter API. So someone reacted rationally to some stupid shit he did and so he threatened to sue them for something else.
But that was in April and he never did anything. “Lawsuit time…” Yeah, whatever.
Anyway what he’s claiming this time is, not surprisingly, flimsy. Media Matters made an alt account (oh no!!) and tested out ad placement. Then he claims that they had to load the page 13 times or something… uh, okay. So what? Then some probably faked stats about ad placement. If he even files this suit it will just bring out a bunch of stuff on discovery he’s probably rather not have made public, so…
