I don't know why you're getting down voted,but MGm Grand had "live" video poker where there was a live dealer that was dealing for multiple screens. Still had a bit of a table vibe, but was pretty cheap to play.

Every casino has video poker but not every casino has video blackjack. In my experience, it can be difficult to find.
