In another forum someone mentioned issue with the digital key and customer supports response which solved it for them. I haven't tried it though might help in your case.

At least you were smart enough to still carry the key, as you should. Unfortunate that it failed on you though. Has it started working again?
Haven’t tried again yet. I will know tomorrow morning. In the meantime I’ve logged out and logged back in to the app and then my next step if it is not working is to re set up everything.
