Só I've installed thunder and logged in to lemmy.world. Now it seems all posts I see are from lemmy.world. Do I have to log in to all lemmy instances to get more content? Is there a way to have like a r/all page where I get content from all over the place?

If you tap the hamburger icon in the main feed, you’ll see an option for Subscriptions, which should pull in additional posts from other instances.

And in settings you can set subscriptions as default

In the left bar (swipe to open) you can tap on "All Posts" to see a feed of absolutely every community that your instance (lemmy.world) knows about. This is basically the lemmy equivalent of r/all. You can also play with different sorting methods to see different content. :)
