Broken traffic was the only real problem with the first game, I know there are mods but its not nearly enough.

Traffic affects everything in simcity-like games, moreso in cities, so breaking simple things like 6 lane one-way roads breaks everything.

If there were ways to fix pathing, like the ai over time finds the right path, that would be fine, but now a single intersection can destroy a whole city.

I am so excited for this release. I've been playing the first one on and off since launch and it's brilliant. I'm really looking forward to the things they've changed in this one - the new traffic simulation looks great. Who knew I'd be excited about traffic!

I'm really excited for this. I hope these changes will make busses useful. In the past they only slowed down traffic because cars would never overtake them while they stopped to pick up passengers. This has been a problem since Cities in Motion 1 and for such traffic oriented games it was a glaring oversight.

Tbh this was easily fixable by using bus lanes or by not having the bus stop close to an intersection so it could make enough bus space for the bud to go on the sidewalk.

Even then if my buses were taking 70 people, I don't care that I'm slowing down s7 cars with one person each.
