Yeah, I've got NSFW selected in my profile, so why can't I see it?
The blur was just added in the most recent update, so I'd bet someone will add the toggle for it soon.
In the settings for each particular account you have signed in.

Done. Images still blurry. From unchecking it, I gather that that option hides all nsfw posts in the feed, it doesn't blur/unblur them.
Ah. Then I don't know, sorry.
All good. I think it's a new feature so they're probably still figuring it out.
