The restaurants on the list "deliver exceptional experiences through the quality of their food, level of service and commitment to culinary creativity," according to Air Canada.

It’s nice that some local businesses are winning recognition, but what the fuck does Air Canada know about exceptional experiences, quality of food, levels of service, OR commitment to creativity?
