Milan: It's okay, it's okay!

Milan (holding up hands in a non-threatening pose): I... I mean you no harm.

Grom-Person (sadly): No, it won't work.

Milan (confused): What?
Panel 4
Grom-Person (eyes squeezed shut): Elixirs can't stop the creature for long, nor can I.
...not anymore.
Panel 5
(Milan looks aghast)
Grom-Person (off-panel, continuing): Destroy us.
Before it's too late.
