With all the new clients popping up, is there any interest in the development of a TUI or CLI client for the terminal? I hope so, cause I'd really like the option. Browsing rtv for questions and help was a godsend, it also helped me not get sucked into scrolling.

This is awesome, but sadly no NixOS package rn. Thanks anyway! Maybe I'll try to request this or try to learn how to build Nix packages myself.

any idea on how to config is so it resizes images to fit into the terminal?

Nice, that looks pretty rad. Gonna try this at work tomorrow.

Sorry, not an answer to your question, but what's rtv?

A terminal client for browsing and using Reddit. You could post, reply, search, etc. etc.

oh, that's really neat. thanks for the link!

yeah, agreed, I'd love something like that for the fediverse. Honestly, it feels like accessing various communities from different instances would actually feel more natural with it all being fed through the terminal for some reason.

Mastodon has some, toot and Tut to name a few. Not sure if an all encompassing client would be possible, but damn it sure does sound appealing. Maybe some mad lad will try it later down the line.

Sweet, does it have image support? I use Foot, which has libsixel support for cleaf images.

What terminal do you use?

I would also like this, though I was thinking of it as a feature for gnus.el, an emacs subsystem with existing backends for usenet, rss, email, and a few other things.
