Apocalypse Now. Watched it in an airplane so wasn't as good of an experience as it should have been, but it was an incredible movie regardless. My favorite Vietnam movie definitely

We watched Extraction 2 (and #1 before that). I had zero expectations, but was surprised that they both were quite good! Avoided some tropes, leaned into others, action was innovative without going full John Wick. Not bad, Netflix!
The Best Years of Our Lives (1946). I knew nothing going in and just enjoyed. It was modern and thought-provoking about war and what we owe our veterans. The coolest part is that it asks the tough questions about a war that few of us question as being necessary (World War II).
Across the Spiderverse was absolutely amazing too but I expected that and it surpassed my expectations.
Ice Planet (2001) because of Starhunter Redux. They lost $5 million trying to make a TV show out of the movie.
Evil Dead Rise was really good. I heard the 2013 Evil Dead was better than this, so I watched that a couple of weeks ago. Nah, for me this one is definitely better. Adding kids to the equation really ramps up the tension.
tossup between wick #4 and avatar #2. I liked them both.
I can't believe you liked Avatar 2, broh. Like cuz. It's wild broh.
BlackBerry (2023). Fantastic movie. Funny, interesting and partly true. Brilliantly paced as well, didnโt feel like 2 hours
I watched Elemental, Across the Spider-Verse, Murder On the Nile, Escape Room, Renfield, and Creed III. I liked Across the Spider-Verse best, and probably Creed III second best. All the others were pretty good except for Renfield, which I didn't like.
