Bit of a sensationalist title isn't it? There's germs in the air, they get pushed onto your hands if you use an air dryer, no it's not likely to get you sick but maybe if you're very sick already.

Anybody remember the Mythbusters episode about this? The wall underneath the dryers are COVERED with bacteria under the black light
