We all heard the old adage that without business plan your business failed even before you started. How true is this? Many business never had a business plan and some even large corporations had a business plan on the back of a paper napkin.

An unspoken part of the plan has been to collude with Wall Street insiders to destroy brick and mortar competition. That's why "growth" is an unexplained input here with no marked inputs; the secret ingredient is ~~crime~~ legal stuff, due to regulatory capture.
