I'm not playing anything at the moment. Instead I'm watching pop science videos on YouTube.

A friendly place to chat.
No politics please. Don't be a dick.
Trying to play though ff16 but it's so difficult because it's so awfull.
It's not ff, it's not an RPG and the performance is terrible and the side quests are dull.
Im renting it and I may just send it back before even finishing it.
It's such a pity. I tried the last one and it feels like the whole franchise has lost its way somewhat. Victim of their own success I guess.
Endless Sky, which I'm really enjoying. One of the most fun space themed sims I've ever played. Just call me the space trucker!
Dixit
Spelunky2 needs completing but it's so bloody hard. Soulstone survivor is less frustrating so getting more play time
My 4 year old learned about Pokémon Go recently I started playing it again after about 4 year hiatus, haha I stopped playing about the time she was born 🤣
AEW Fight Forever. Seen a lot of mixed reviews with a fair bit of (justified) criticism, but I'm having a lot of fun with it
Vampire Survivors on my phone.
Addictive as hell. Completed 100%, now going through and completing every level with every character. about 25% of the way there currently.
Oxygen Not Included. Now on a much more powerful PC than all previous times – maybe I won't have to abandon my duplicants when I get to the third asteroid and things get too laggy.
Insanely fun versus campaign in Total War: Warhammer 3 with two of my friends.
Arma 3 and Tetris.
My boardgame group bought Blood on the clocktower last week. It's by far our favorite hidden identity game now. Gonna play it again this weekend
Great game
Now that Steam Next Fest has finished I'll probably go back to the usual habits of playing Apex, Gunfire:reborn, and whatever other easy games I can play with 1-2 friends.
But while it was here Warhaven sucked a lot of my time. When that game comes out it'll find its way into the above rotation just by virtue of fitting the usual formula of; party with friends, kill people, achieve objective.
Otherwise, I've got a backlog a mile long of single-player games I bought and wanted to play, but I just can't stick to any one of them for long enough to feel like I'm really making a dent in it. Further to that I feel like when I have the time to play games, it always overlaps with time to play games with friends, and that always trumps playing a solo game for a few hours.
