Yeah so my initial impression was “uuuuuuuurrrrrgh” and I had to tip it out. But, that was because I was drinking it as an americano. Making it as a full-fat latte is actually really nice; the bourbon-ness shows up as a mild and smooth after-taste that makes me feel what it must be like to be an alcoholic that adds whisky to your morning coffee as a pick-me-up. It really needs the fat to knock the edge off the sharp booze flavour.

Not sure I’d recommend buying a large bag though, it’s pretty desserty and not such an easy drinker as some of the other Coffee Workshop roasts.

I think I'm gonna have to put this on my shopping list. It's out of stock right now but I'll check back another time - unless it was a limited time thing.
