I'm more curious who the 20% that are cool with Russians are. Only thing I can think is there are people with family still in Russia and they would like to be able to see them after the war.

A closed border can be one way. It would be up to Russia to accept the incoming migrants, but Ukraine doesn't need to stop people from leaving. Those that leave though, would be under scrutiny should they attempt to return. They would also have to return via a different route, and that could be difficult if Poland and other neighbors also bar Russian travel.
There are Russians who live in Ukraine as well.
They're are still plenty of ethnic Russians in Ukraine. They'll probably be very careful to express any support for Russia these days, but surely it still exists.
I'd imagine they already have closed borders with Russia now right?
