but what does "gib clay" mean?
In the language of Polandball comics, it means "give land/territory".
"Gib" is taken from the German imperative for "give!"
Best theory is that "clay" as "land" originates from a bad machine translation.

After rereading multiple times to understand it, i think it means the small blob wanted land so "give clay", the other big bullies didn't want to contribute, so started taking from the sea.
Sealand was always there, but Flevoland was made this way. God created earth, but the Dutch, blablabla.

I'm Dutch, can confirm. We used to pick on God in primary school for His lack of cheese during lunch. He was such a Chump back then. Amen.
Dutch cheese is delicious. A dangerous game having any near you while stoned though. The last time I bought a wheel to bring home as a present for someone, it didn't make it out of the hotel, never mind home to Ireland.
