Do they offer it in a hot stone bowl? If so, try that. It'll taste even better!

Yes they do. Oh yes I know all about dolsot. I have a bunch of bowls at home I use all the time. I go back and forth with whether I want it or not. Sometimes I like the softer texture.

10639 E Briarwood Ave is the one I go to. But there's another location as well I've never been to that one, though.

It's really good and Korean owned. They have all the Korean staples, but the bibimbap you can customize however you want and they have lots of options.
