That homemade chocolate syrup looks incredible. Recipe?

I mix the cocoa and water first and microwave until boiling. I use a blend of erythritol and sucralose, but feel free to sub in sugar or your desired sweetener. Then add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and process. The Xanthan Gum is an approximation. Use a tiny amount at a time until you reach desired consistency. I also sometimes like to use a blend of natural and dark cocoa or throw in a bit of instant espresso/coffee and or sugar free coffee syrup!

Makes about 330g of sauce at around .28 cal/g or 4 cal/tbsp

That looks incredible, any ideas on a low carb rice cake alternative?

For the savory buffalo cheddar one you could use cucumber!

For the sweet ones, go with an air fried low/zero net carb tortilla

Homemade chocolate syrup? Yum! How do you make it? I love chocolate but am turned off by all the artificial chocolate sauces and syrups out there.

Recipe posted under another comment. I'll copy it up to the main post. I use a combo of erythritol and sucralose, but feel free to sweeten however you choose!
