Around 1,500 City of Seattle employees rallied for an equitable contract and marched from City Hall to Westlake. One year in and we are still waiting for the City to offer a COLA that isn’t an effective pay cut. #unionstrong

I'm native, but spent some years away. Wasn't here when Bruce Harrell was elected, and only been back a year and a half, so I've been hesitant to say it, but... I haven't yet seen squat from Harrell that makes him seem mayor-worthy to me.
