Omg this is amazing! I've always wanted an F1 anime
Can't remember its name, but I recall watching one during the late 80s (possibly 87 or 88). It wasn't F1 per sΓ© but the last few episodes were about the MC racing in Suzuka with a McLaren.
So your comment got me curious and I did some digging. Was it either of these two animes?
